Roundabout - Original Painting
Roundabout (2015) is titled for the long swooping movements used as I explored the canvas in a circular motion. I began with light washes, slowly adding stripes and dots as more concrete forms took shape. What started out as a red painting slowly evolved into the blues and browns before you as I narrowed my focus on individual swirls created through the roundabout motion of creation.
